Description
Join Abington Christian Academy's Fall 5K Fun Run!
Inspired by our love of books and children's literacy, our theme for this year's run is Seuss on the Loose! We are asking all racers to bring along a children's book to donate to one of our academy's partner schools in Africa.
Held on the beautiful campus course at Keystone College in La Plume, PA, our event will kick off at 7:30 a.m. with registration and our race will start at 8:30 a.m.
The course has a few nice hills, but is mostly flat, and is a mix of grass, nature trail, gravel, and track.
Suggested donation is $20 per runner/walker. Kids 7 and under are free.
All proceeds will benefit Abington Christian Academy and all books donated will go directly to either the Kuinde School in Nairobi, Kenya or The Dayspring Childrens Village in Magaliesburg, South Africa.
The first 75 to register will receive a free T-Shirt (size preferences are indicated in the Racer Signup registration form - link below)
Coffee, Tea, Water, Fruit, Donuts and Muffins will be available for purchase near the registration desk.
