Description
Superheroes vs Villains Double 5K
Are you a Superhero? Are you a Villain? Are you both? You can race in either the Superhero 5k, the Villain 5k, or both.
As a special giveaway for the Double 5K runners (running both 5Ks) will receive a pair of ankle socks, manufactured in the USA with a custom logo! The socks feature:

BIB PICKUP | REGISTRATION
- Bib pickup will open at 7AM race day.
- Pickup will be located at Pavilion #11 at Core Creek Park
- Race day registration will be open until 7:50AM (if not sold out).

COURSES | AID STATIONS
COURSES
- The course is an out and back course within the park.
- You will pass a beautiful lake.
- The course is generally flat but has some some small undulations.
- The start/finish area will take place at Core Creek Park, Pavilion 11
AID STATIONS
- There will be a water aid station at mile 1.25 of the 5K course.
- Athletes will pass this same waster aid station at mile 1.9 on the way back to the finish area.
- There will be Gatorade at the finish area.

- First Overall Female & Male
- Top 2 in the following age groups:
- 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

We will be working with the non profit group, Fish for Life.

- Fish for Life is a non profit organization headquartered in Southern California. Our charter is to to enhance the lives of special needs individuals by providing a complimentary fishing trip on the sea for them to enjoy.
- This program is designed to provide love and inspiration to a multitude of special needs people while teaching fishing skills and creating memorable experiences.
- A variety of details make the participants of a Fish for Life trip feel extra special!
- The model for this type of a fishing trip makes kids with special needs feel very comfortable among their peers and very loved by all the volunteers.
