This program is designed to help your child learn proper form while performing basic exercises that will help prevent injury and build strength & confidence!
Sessions will be on the following Saturdays:
Sessions will run from 9:00am-9:45am.
You are responsible for bringing your child's sneakers and water bottles.
Please understand if there is inclement weather we reserve the right to cancel the session and there may not be a make up class.
