Both the 5K and 10K courses give runners a unique view of the Lock Haven area with a mix of paved and dirt paths. Starting on the YMCA beach at the dike-levee, runners get to run through Lock Haven University's campus, including the wooded ropes course and Nature Trail, and up to Highland Cemetery. At the top of the cemetery, get ready for an amazing view of Lock Haven at peak fall foliage. The runners for the 5k course can expect 285 ft. of elevation gain, while the 10k course runners can expect 900 ft. of elevation gain.

Packet pick up and day of registration starts at 7am
10K starts at 8am
5k starts at 8:05am
All proceeds from this run will go to support the YMCA’s mission driven programming such as the Backpack Program, LiveSTRONG at the YMCA, youth scholarships and more!
