The Positive Movementz TEAM will host the 2nd Annual New Castle Arts Fest 5K and KIDS FUN RUN at Cascade Park, New Castle PA on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Positive Movementz TEAM is excited to invite YOU to the race, benefiting the 2013 New Castle Arts Fest. The Fest's mission is to make New Castle a destination place that will attrack and build a solid economicand cultural base for our future developement.
