The Westmoreland County Parks and Recreation Alliance (WCPRA) is comprised of Parks and Recreation professionals who work in your communities' Parks and Recreation Departments to develop programs, events, parks, services and facilities for your use. The WCPRA unites and supports area Parks and Recreation professionals and promotes parks and recreation services in Westmoreland County through cooperation, networking, joint programming efforts, and regional development.
