Trooper Open Water Swim Clinic

Clinic Date - Tuesday 6/21 6-7PM.

This event is hosted by French Creek Racing, and is ideal for swimmers of all levels, from first time open water participants to experienced athletes looking to improve.  Join us to practice drafting, sighting, buoy turns, race starts, mass swim starts, and much more!  This clinic will help swimmers become more proficient and confident in open water.

Also included will be an overview of triathlon do's and don't.  

What do I need to bring with me to this clinic?  Everything that you will need to swim on your race day, including but not limited to: swim suit, swim cap, goggles, wetsuit, body glide, towel, basic nutrition/hydration, sunblock.

Clinic Schedule:
6:00-6:15PM - On land open water overview, General Q&A, Ask me anything.
6:15-7:00PM - In water drills and instruction for open water swimming.
