The “Strength in Numbers” Virtual Race Series, brought to you by Get Fit Families, is a series of virtual multi-sport races that is designed to help provide something that has been taken away from many local athletes during this unexpected pandemic.
This could be your reason to train; your chance to race; your opportunity to help someone else who needs it. Whatever your reason, we understand you may be experiencing different and difficult hardships that no one ever expected to deal with during their lifetime, and now you need to overcome them daily during this pandemic. Together we will help each other find the strength to triumph over our hardships and turn them into positive experiences.
With this virtual race series, you’ll not only be able to race, but you’ll also be able to give back to your community as well because a portion of the proceeds will benefit TWO non-profit organizations that are always doing so much to help others, and are very much in need of assistance to continue their mission at the moment.
- The first is Victory Church, which has become a food distribution center during the coronavirus outbreak, in addition to all of their other outreach services.
- The second is LIFE Lawrence Country, which is a community-based health care system that provides care to nearly 200 poverty-stricken, elderly people —many of whom are currently isolated in their homes with no modern luxuries to the outside world.

For each race, there will be:
- Finisher medal
> If you sign up early, you will receive your medal prior to the race and you can take a picture with it when you complete your race.

> If you sign up later, we will send it to you afterward.
- Age group awards

You have between 4/24-5/3 to complete your race and send us your results.

How to Submit Results:
After completing your race, email your results to firstname.lastname@example.org including your split times for each activity. Please send splits as cumulative time. See the example below:
Run 1 Split: 6:00 (Submit 6:00)
Bike Split: 20:00 (Submit 26:00)
Run 2 Split: 7:00 (Submit 33:00)
