Get your Running Shoes Ready!!! Our 30th Annual Competitive 5k Race and Fun Walk will be held on Sunday, September 25th, 2016 at Nay Aug Park in Scranton.  

We expect hundreds of parents, children, college students, competitive runners, and even some family pets to run and walk in support of our local Ronal McDonald House at this very FAMILY FRIENDLY event.  

The Overall Male and Female winners will receive watches from Steve Pronko along with a cash prize!  Trophies will be given out to the top 3 individual runners in each of the following categories:

• 0-14
• 15-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70-79
• 80 & Over

When the race and walk start, the festivities are just the beginning.  For the Kids we will have our famous free KIDS FUN RUN hosted by Ronald McDonald himself.  Every child will receive a toy and a prize.  Then the PRIZE GIVEAWAY will begin.  This year we have tons of giveaways and prizes thanks to our dedicated prize patrol.  Dozens and dozens of prizes will be randomly drawn from the registrations of all who attend this event.  We give away everything from overnight stays for weekend getaways, passes to local venues, and even certificates for fine dining.  As you can tell, it will be a fabulous, fun-filled day.  

Register by September 17th will receive a free t-shirt. Tremendous thanks to everyone who will participate in supporting the families of the seriously ill and injured children we serve.
