Track Stars Fall Track & Field Clinics

Track Stars Youth Programs presents the Fall Track & Field Clinics for Middle Schoolers & Junior Varsity! Coach Chloe is excited to spread the love of track & field to new and experienced athletes alike at West Chester University for one weekend only this November. Athletes can get their first taste of track before the spring, or keep up with their skills as they prepare for another season of running. Using the same fun coaching methodology as our summer sessions this Track Stars Clinic will be a mix of play and practice. Parents sign up your track star ASAP as spots are limited. Special guests included Division 1 NCAA Coach Hirsh, and other D-town West Alum! Athletes can expect 3 hours of training, free giveaways, and lots of new friends and skills.

Suitable for all beginner and novice athletes in sprints, mid-distance, distance, hurdles, & jumps. Sorry, no throws. Athletes will learn basics about all things track & field as well as improving strength, speed and endurance. Athletes will break into four groups seen below and complete work-outs, drills, and more based on their interest. They will have the opportunity to be with two groups each day. The clinic will start and conclude with running based games for the whole group. Athletes can pick which groups they would like to join. 

Group A: Sprints (50m-200m)

Group B: Hurdles (100m)

Group C: Long Jump

Group D: Mid-Distance, Distance (400-Mile)
