It's simple. A virtual run is one that doesn't require you to run or walk at a specific time or place. YOU choose the route, YOU choose the day and YOU run or walk the distance - in this case, 5 kilometers, or 3.1 miles. You can walk or run on a treadmill, at one of our Ys, around your neighborhood or on a trail or path you may already use. Then, YOU report your time. Take photos (#RunForGoodYGBW) and don't forget to pick up your t-shirt on Healthy Kids Day or at your local branch after that!
