Important Race Update
New Date: 10/10/2020
Out of an abundance of caution for the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, friends and families, McConkey has chosen to postpone the Miles with McConkey 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk. With respect to the recommendations from our government and public health officials at they relate to COVID-19, our event has been rescheduled for October 10th, 2020.
We very much look forward to celebrating our 130th Anniversary with you in the future. We are counting on the support of our community to still use this event as a means of raising money for Give Local York, which benefits more than 300 nonprofit organizations in York County. They’re counting on us too!
Closer to the event, we will share up-to-date details with you.

In 2020, McConkey Insurance & Benefits is celebrating 130 years in business in York County. Two of McConkey’s unwavering core values are teamwork and relationships, and with that in mind, we are asking you to join us as we celebrate this milestone and give back to our community simultaneously. Every dollar raised for this event will be donated to Give Local York, which helps over 300 nonprofit organizations representing York County. In 2019, Give Local York raised over $3,000,000 and our goal is to help them exceed that figure in 2020. Bring your family and friends and run the 5K or walk the 1-mile course. Nonprofit organizations will be on site as well. Join us as we take a tour through McConkey history and help the York County community in the process!
