Join us on July 31st at 10:00am for our first annual C & C Fitness and Wellness 5k Run/Walk!
Our race is a 5k run or walk on the 5 Star Trail in Youngwood Pa. The race will benefit the 5 Star Trail with race proceeds going to the 5 Star Trail that we love and use every day with our members at the gym!
