Club Information:
We put the word “Queer” at the forefront of everything we do. Many people view “Queer” as being a negative, derogatory term. The more we say it, the more you read it, the more the world hears it, the less derogatory it feels and the more empowering it becomes. We are not a bad word.
We are human.
Queer Run was established in April 2022 and is dedicated to creating safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ athletes and allies in the community. Inclusion and mental health are very important to us, and we welcome people from every background to join us.
Run Information:
Every Monday 7pm — Spring–Fall: Rittenhouse Square; Winter: William Way Community Center
Wednesdays 6pm — Manayunk Philly Runner
Thursdays 6am — Love Park Visitor Center
Year round.
