EVENT FAQs
WHAT IS THE PURSUE YOUR OWN PATH VIRTUAL RUN SERIES? You can learn all about our run HERE!
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL EVENT? A virtual event is a walking/running event that you can complete anytime/anyplace! The best part of a virtual event is convenience - you decide what works best for you.
WHAT IS THE DISTANCE? Any distance or duration you'd like to run. The goal is to stay strong, motivated, and connected with our amazing running community!
WHEN IS THE EVENT? This event will take place over 5 weeks beginning on March 30th and ending on May 3rd. Every week there will be a new theme for your run. This theme will be shared on the events private Facebook Group and by email on Monday morning.
HOW DO YOU SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS? Submitting results is optional but if you want to be in the running for weekly prizes then you will need to submit results. Each week an email will be sent out on Monday morning with a link to a Google Form where you will be able to submit your results.
SHIPPING FAQS:
WHEN WILL THE PACKAGES SHIP? You will have the option to pick up your race swag in person or have it shipped for a small fee. Your race swag will ship once registration closes on April 3rd.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking link.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE REGISTERED? You can update your shipping address until 4/3/2020. To make changes, go to your RunSignup profile and click MANAGE REGISTRATION. Then, click on the shipping tab to update your shipping address.
I DON'T LIVE IN THE US - CAN I STILL JOIN THE SQUAD? Due to the increased costs of international shipping, we are not able to ship to international addresses at this time. This is something that we hope to be able to expand on in future years.
