How To Sign Up As A Relay

Below are step by step instructions for how to register your relay team. You need to register at least 4 members to receive the relay discount. If you had any questions, please feel free to email info@maverickstc.com

Step 1: Gather Registration Information From All Relay Members

To make things easier for the one person who will be registering the entire relay team, we suggest gathering registration information from each relay member ahead of time. Here's what you need:

• Name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Phone number
• Street address
• Tank top /T-shirt size

 

Step 2: Register Yourself First

Select the 'Rhode Trip 1,212 Miles - RELAY' event option. Under 'Multi-Person Pricing', select 'Relay Discount'. Please note: the 'Relay Discount' says you're getting a $0.00 discount, but the registration fee for this event has already been discounted from $60 to $40 per person. Also, be sure to indicate that you would like create a Team (this is how your cumulative miles will be tallied).

Step 3: Add Your Relay Members

Add each additional relay member one at a time. Remember you need to register at least 4 people in order to get the Multi-Person Pricing Relay Discount. You are welcome to register more than 4 people.

Step 4: Create Your Team

For the first team member, select ' Create a New Team'. Come up with a catchy team name and be sure to also set a team password so that no one else can join your team without your permission. For all remaining team members select the 'Join The Same Team' options.

Step 5: Select Each Relay Members Tank top / T-Shirt Option

These selections can be updated after registration if necessary.

Step 6: Complete Your Registration

Set up a fundraiser for your team (if you'd like), opt in or out of email/text instructions, and check-out!
