Packet Pick Up Details

·      Team Captains please plan to pickup your team packets on Thursday August 6, 2026 at St. Michael Orthodox Church located at 3701 St. Michael Church Drive, Louisville KY 40220 between 4:30-6:30 PM. This will give you an opportunity to distribute to your team in advance of race morning or plan a designated time and meeting spot on race morning to distribute race shirts and bibs to your team.

·      Individual Participants should visit the Individual Packet Pick Up/Same Day Registration Tent starting at 7:30 AM on race morning to pick up their participant shirts and bibs.

·      Team Captains that are unable to pick up their team packets on Thursday should visit the Team Pickup Tent to collect team packets on race morning starting at 7:30 AM. Team packets will be distributed as a group; individual members should coordinate with their captain to collect their participant shirt and bib from them.
