In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the Wine &  Whiskey Walk on November 8, 2025, I hereby release Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ozaukee County, Inc. (“BBBS”), and all of its agents, directors, employees and volunteers together with all sponsors, participating establishments, and supporters of this event and their respective representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability and/or claims of injury or illness arising from, related to, or otherwise growing out of my participation in this event. I represent and warrant to BBBS that I am at least 21 years of age and have no knowledge (after my due inquiry into my physical and mental condition) of any preexisting fact or condition, physical or otherwise, that would put me at risk of illness or injury with respect to my  participation in the aforementioned event. All entry fees are non-refundable. BBBS reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. BBBS reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable and my entry is non transferable. I understand this release applies to me and my personal representatives, heirs and assigns. I consent to the use of my name, photograph, like-ness or image for any legitimate purpose whatsoever. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
