ALL dog walkers must be registered participants
ALL dog walkers must an adult, age 18 +
NO more than 2 dogs per adult walker
Owners/walkers are responsible for their dog(s)/behavior, including poop pick-up & proper poop disposal & dogs must securely leashed at ALL times
Dogs, age 6 months + must be fully vaccinated & licensed (TAGS must be securely affixed to dog’s neck/body, by a collar/ harness of leather or other suitable materials), RABIES VAX MANDATORY
Dogs known to be aggressive towards people or dogs/animals should not attend nor participate & Female dogs in heat should not attend nor participate
Children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult, age 18 +
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL/DRUGS are allowed to be brought on the property or during Event
I understand that participating in this walk is potentially hazardous and I should only take part if I am medically able and properly trained. I accept all risks involved, including falls, contact with others or animals, weather, traffic, and course conditions. I waive any claims related to these risks and agree to follow the guidance of event officials. I confirm I am physically fit to participate and have been cleared by a licensed medical provider. In case of illness or emergency, I authorize event staff to call EMS and accept full responsibility for any medical costs. I release and hold harmless the event sponsors, organizers, and volunteers from any claims related to injury, illness, or damage to myself, my pet(s), or my property. administrators, or assignees, or any other persons acting on my behalf.
I grant Each Moment We’re Alive, Inc. permission to use my name, voice, and images of myself/family/children/group/pets in any photos, videos, results, digital/social media, publications or any other print or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes, without payment or other considerations, and the related will become their property.
This event follows the standard “running industry policy”: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and Event Sponsor’s. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. I understand that any swag or merchandise are NOT tax deductible. Donations are tax deductible.
All participants failing to comply with Event Sponsor’s, location/site, Commonwealth of Massachusetts or Municipal rules, will be asked to leave without refund or compensation.
