I hereby release and hold harmless, the organizer Belmont Plateau CCHOF, The City of Philadelphia, all sponsors, race partners, USA T&F, friends, or volunteers connected with the race whether injury or death is caused by negligence of the race persons. I verify that I am physically fit and trained for the race and my health has been verified recently by a licensed MD. I hereby grant permission for the race event to use my likeness or image for any promotional material for the event. i understand my registration goes to support the mission of the Belmont Plateau Cross Country Hall of Fame and there are no refunds.
