- 8:35 am - Welcome message from race director
- 8:40 am - Introductory remarks from Amachi Pittsburgh
- 8:45 am - All participants move from Helicon to the start line across the street
- 8:55 am - Final pre-race instructions
- 9:00 am - RACE START
- 9:30 am - Post race festivities back at Helicon
- 10:00 am - Helicon opens for delicious beer
- 10:15 am - Awards ceremony
