Race Day Details
Please read through the following information regarding race day details.
- Race Date: September 20th at 9am
- Race Location: Saddlehill Winery is located at 1407 White Horse Road, Voorhees, NJ
- Check-In Time: Check-in will be from 7:30-8:30am. Please arrive early to get situated.
- Parking: You will be directed toward the back of main winery building. Please do not park in the paved parking lot.
- Course: This course is cross country style. Primarily short cut grass and dirt trails. Some gravel too and a horse track!
- Results: All Results will be live and available at this site under the Results Tab. We will also have a QR Code near the Finish Line.
- Awards: Awards will be presented at the musician stage at about 10:10am. Awards are given out to the top overall and top age groups. (3 deep).
- Live Music: Matt Noffsinger will be your live musician between 9:45-Noon.
- Food Trucks We are pleased to have Buon Viaggio Wood Fired Pizza and Blended Pig Smoothie Truck on Site.
- No Transfers or Refunds
- No Pets/Dogs
- Indoor Dining Options: Our event is an outdoor event in the backyard space. We will have live music, wine, and food truck! Indoor space and patio space is reserved for Reservations only. The indoor and patio areas serve brunch and begins at 11am. To make reservations, you may contact the winery.
