Course Info
The Run at the Park courses are fast, starting and ending in Rancho Cucamonga’s Central Park.
The 10K course includes a short incline during the first half of Mile 1, followed by time to recover on a flat and fast section of the Pacific Electric Trail (PET) at the start of Mile 2. Mile 3 has a steady incline to Highland Ave. Mile 5 has a steady downhill from Highland Ave. back to Central Park. The final portion of the course is a repeat of the start, with a short incline in Mile 6 before a flat and fast quarter-mile on the PET with a slight downhill grade on a dirt running/jogging path.
The NEW, FLATTER and FASTER 5K course begins with a westbound out-and-back on a flat and fast section of the Pacific Electric Trail (PET) during Mile 1 and a steady incline to Highland Ave. during Mile 2. The second half of the course begins with a steady downhill from Highland Ave. back to Central Park. The final quarter-mile of the course takes place back on the PET and is fast with a slight downhill grade on a dirt running/jogging path.
Participants are responsible for making the appropriate turns for their entered event. Please take time to study the course map (below) and remember to look for directional signs on race day.
