This is a cupless race. All runners should carry with them a refillable container that they can run with. There will be a limited number of cans of water on the course for emergency situations. Water and snacks will be provided at the start/finish line at Nelson Farm.
There is a 90 minute cut-off time for both races.
Ample parking is available for free at start/finish line at Nelson Farm
Refunds will only be available in the event that the race is cancelled
This race is on a combination of paved paths, gravel roads, and single track dirt trails. It might not be the most stroller-friendly course but it is up to your discretion if you would like to run with a child. If in a stroller/carrier, no registration is required for child. It is up to you to ensure the safety of you and other participants if running with a stroller.
Race age brackets: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Trophies for top male and female finishers of each of the 10k and 5k races!
Ribbons to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age group.
