Description
Celebrate the legacy of retiring USCB cross country and track & field coach Larry Kimball at the inaugural #LK5K. The 5K course will circle USCB’s Hilton Head Gateway Campus in Bluffton and traverse varied terrains ranging from roads to grass, packed dirt and gravel. Proceeds from the race will go toward fundraising efforts to build a first-class track & field facility on USCB’s campus. Stick around for an after-party to enjoy food and beverages and meet Sand Shark student-athletes and athletics staff.

Race shirts guaranteed to the first 500 registrants. Prizes to top three overall male and female finishers and awards to first finisher of each gender in each age division – under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Special awards to top male and female finishers who are USCB XC/T&F alumni.
