Description
Introduction to trail running and walking for leisure runners/walkers to faster trailers. Led by Jennifer James, long time Greenville Track Club member and SCUSATF MUT(Mountains, Ultras, Trails) chair.
Open to GTC members and those planning to join.
Limited to 25 with limited to zero trail experience
All paces from walkers to fast runners
Ages 18 and over
Open to as young as 15 yrs if parent or guardian is participating as well
Free, but you will have to pay to enter the park..$5 per person (cash only I assume) unless you have a state park pass.
Bring a handheld water bottle or something....
Please note that it isn't trail running unless someone falls...it's to be expected
Sunscreen and bug spray are highly recommended
No music for this group experience
