Join us for the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce's 14th Annual “Run Your Ice Off” 5K and 8K Races, presented by Self Regional Healthcare. This winter race is a competitive event: it kicks off the training season for serious runners and gives novices an opportunity to exercise and get in shape for the new year.

The event attracts over 150 athletes from Greenwood and the Upstate, and gives Greenwood Chamber members exposure by making local and regional athletes aware of their companies' products and services.

• Early bird pricing ends January 21; the regular price applies after January 21.
• Online registration closes at 12:30 PM on Friday, February 6. On-site registration will be available.
• On-site registration accepts only credit card or check. No cash.

Check-in is at the Uptown Greenwood Fountain on Main Street.

The awards presentation begins at 9:30 AM. Awards go to the overall top male and female, as well as the top male and female in each age group.

• Weather/cancellation: races are held rain or shine unless the Greenwood Chamber determines that conditions are too dangerous. This decision will be made on race weekend or race day. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather, there will be no refunds.
• Refunds: no refunds.
• Pets: for the safety and comfort of all participants, pets are not permitted at this race.
