Big Country Challenge

The Big Country Challenge is named after Alex “Big Country” Campbell, the runningest, drinkingest sommabitch on Hilton Head Island. 

The race is the bastard child of a Beer Mile and a Last Man Standing Ultra.

All runners have 30 minutes to run a 2.5 mile loop, drink a 12 ounce beer and be in the starting corral for the start of the next loop.  

This will continue until there is one person remaining (or everybody is so drunk that nobody cares anymore).

Entry fee is:  

$5.00, 
a designated driver and 
enough beer to complete challenge (if you run out of beer, you are eliminated)
