5K for Kirkham

Michael Kirkham unexpectedly lost his life in a tragic MMA accident.  This is only the second time in U.S. history that this has happened in MMA. Michael left behind a supportive family that includes a fiance' and five children that could really use our help right now. So Gracie Barra Augusta and CrossFit Downtown Augusta is doing a 5k run/walk to raise money for Michael's family. It will be $40 to enter, with all proceeds going to his family.   The winner of the race will receive 6 months free crossfit or jiu-jitsu, second place: 4 months free and third place: 2 months free. There will be separate divisions for men and women.
