Welcome to The Amazing Race For Change™ Oconee SC! Win $1000.00 CASH PRIZE!
Welcome to The United Way of Oconee County’s Amazing Race for Change™! Get ready for a day full of adventure and excitement! Teams of 2 will face off while receiving and solving clues to beautiful destinations in Oconee. Once you arrive at a checkpoint, you will be given an envelope with a task for a member of your team to complete before receiving the clue to the next stop. After going to all destinations and completing tasks, the first team to arrive back to the mat will win the $1,000 grand prize! But watch out for U-Turns and Fast Forwards because the last team to arrive at a checkpoint may be eliminated.
Donations and sponsorship funding for this event will be applied to expand our financial stability workshops for our residents, which to date have served several hundred people, and to expand the $50 vouchers we give out to seniors to purchase food at the Farmer's Market here locally.
