- The STFU medal connects magnetically to our Winter Trail Fest Half Marathon and 5 Mile medal. More below.

Post race cook out
- Runners can purchase cook out tickets for spectators during registration and in your RunSignup account. More information here.

You have the option within Regular Registration to skip the singlet and save. You'll see that option during registration on the screen on which you select your shirt size. With this selection you'll still receive the medal, but no shirt. Don't want a medal or shirt? Check out Economy Registration.
