Munchkin Dash
Aspiring movie stars up to age 17 will embark on an enchanting journey to the Emerald City. Munchkin Dash registrants, organized by age in distances up to a mile, will receive a shirt and finishers' medal.
10:10am - 4 & under, 100 Meters
10:15am - 7 & under, Quarter Mile
10:20am - 10 & under, One Kilometer
10:25am - 12 & under, One Mile
10:30am - 17 & under, One Mile
Parents can start in the back of the pack with their children to jog together. Frisbee-tossing robots and Yo-Yo club spinners will entertain youngsters race weekend.

Dress as your favorite screen star to win prizes and admiration in the Glitz, Glamour, Glory and Gold costume contest on race day at 8:30 a.m.
Cycles Swerve
Cheer on your local heroes as they vie for glory and gold in the Celebrity Charity Cycle Chase on Saturday, March 1, at 2:30 p.m. at Ivy Station. Watch out for the movie-themed obstacles!
Race Contributes $30K to Non-Profits
The 2024 Screenland 5K raised $20,000 in funds, services, and rebates for local non-profits, and awarded nearly $10,000 in honorariums to visual and performing artists, showcasing the community's talent and generosity. The Culver City Council PTA received over $7,500 to support Backpacks for Kids and other youth programs. Jazz Hands for Autism, Connecting to Cure, Bike Culver City, FeedCulver, Culver City Historical Society, Scouts, Friends of the Sandy Segal Youth Health Center, Culver City Firefighter and Police Officer associations, and student, faculty, and service groups also were beneficiaries.
Crash 'n Roll
Crash the Screenland 5K course on bikes on vehicle-free streets with Walk 'n Roller instructors. Meet at the Screenland 5K starting line at Ivy Station at 7:15 a.m. on race day. Riders must be 11 and under, wear helmets, and stay on the route with course leaders.
Run Virtually
Will you be writing your Academy Awards acceptance speech on race morning? You can still participate by signing up for the Screenland 5K Virtual Run. Complete your 3.1 mile journey at a place and time that fits your schedule. We'll set aside your shirt, race bib, and finisher's medal (subj. to avail.).

Walk 'n Rollers 13th Anniversary Celebration
Bring your wheels to Packet Pickup on Saturday, March 1, 1:00-4:00 pm, and celebrate the 13th birthday of Walk 'n Rollers. A DJ will spin your favorite runnin' and rollin' tunes while you and your family participate in the bike rodeo, fix-it workshop, gift crafts, photo booth, and prize-winning bike poker rally. Stay for the Celebrity Cycle Chase and do a selfie with Olympic 400-meter hurdle champion Lashinda Demus with her gold medal.
