You do NOT have to be a race participant to bid.

You do NOT have to be present to win; however, items WILL NOT be shipped and picking up the item will be the winning bidder's responsibility.

Items will be on display race morning and bids will accepted in the Oscar Scherer Park all-season Screen Room adjacent to the Nature Center until 10 a.m. Saturday, January 24th, 2026

At the end of bidding at 10 a.m. Saturday, the highest bidder will be notified (if not present, via phone) and winning bids can be settled by cash, check or credit card. If payment is not secured within 24 hours, the next highest bidder will be notified and considered as the winning bidder.
