Registration Insurance

During the registration process, you will have the option of purchasing FanShield Race Event registration insurance. If you purchase the insurance and cannot attend the race due to one of nearly 20 covered circumstances — which include illness, injury, and travel interruptions — you will receive 100% of your registration fee back, plus transactional fees. This coverage is only available at the time of registration. We are not able to provide after-purchase protection.

If you purchase coverage, you will receive a confirmation email from FanShield, the third-party insurance provider. All insurance questions and refund requests should be directed to FanShield: https://support.fanshield.com.

Refund Policy

RunSignup provides a 15-minute grace period immediately after registration, allowing you to cancel or "clear" the transaction directly from the confirmation page without fees. After this 15-minute window expires, ALL FEES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE if you decline the FanShield Race Event registration insurance.
