- +10 bonus points if the activity includes snow, ice, or cold water.
- +20 bonus points if you combine BOTH doing an activity with friends AND ice, snow, or cold water
*Bonus points are +10/20 per each activity session NOT per each min.

You’ll get an email with the direct join link.
Nope! Any outdoor activity counts—as long as you’re outside and moving. Examples: walking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, running, fat biking, outdoor yoga, sledding, neighborhood strolls, and backyard playtime. BUT activities that include cold, ice, and snow get you more points! Stay frosty, right?

Not at all! Anyone can join from anywhere. You’ll still earn points for all outdoor time, and you may creatively earn “cold bonus points” if you seek out chilly adventures where you live.
This is a community challenge, not a competition. There are no winners or prizes based on performance. The goal is connection, consistency, and courage. If someone else is spending more time outside and you'd like to do the same, see it as inspiration!
Every participant receives:

No — this challenge is based on time, not distance. Whether you stroll or shred, your minutes outside matter equally.
Nope — only time spent outdoors counts for this challenge.
No. It’s fun to share updates, pictures, and kudos in the private FB group, but not required. You can participate quietly or share your adventures — whatever feels best.
Kids can join the outdoor activities, but registrations, logging, and waivers must be completed by an adult. Kids do not need to be registered to tag along.
Nature Girl Rewild is a women-centered community, but anyone who aligns with our mission is welcome to register and participate.
Social media is optional! You will have the option of joining a private Facebook group that only allows people who are participating in this challenge. If you join this group you will be able to share pictures and updates and see activities by other women, but it's not required.
Not necessarily. Winter comfort is all about layers, but you don’t need expensive gear.
