2026 Froggy Hollow Training
We are excited to offer training for our 2026 Froggy Hollow Race at three of our CCR locations this fall: Fells Point, Frederick and Timonium.
- Frederick will start December 13th and will last for 8 weeks training runners for 1-3 loops ($120)
You will meet twice a week for coach led supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for you speed workout and then your long run on the local trails, in addition to following a weekly training plan, you will receive weekly emails with motivation, access to an expert coach, running education on topics including hydration and injury prevention, and more. All trainees receive:
