Event starts and finishes at Bayview Park, Brant Beach, LBI, NJ
EVENT
Splash and Dash Distances
1/4 mile Swim and 3 mile Run
SUP and Dash Distances (If you need to rent a board contact Acme Surf and Sport $20 rental fee)
3/4 mile SUP and 3 mile run
5:15 - 6:30 pm registration
6:30 pm start of Splash and Dash
6;40 approx start of SUP And Dash
The splash and dash swim is in the bay
The SUP is in the bay but different course than swim
The 3 mile dash will go mostly on local roads through Brant Beach near the bay with police supervision
The course is flat and fast.

Swim
The swim course will be in the bay at beautiful Bayview Park
Run
Run Course: The run will start from the north beach in the Bayview park and go out the 68th street driveway from the park and make a immediate left staying on the sidewalk heading north bound on Long Beach Blvd, they will make a sharp left on 65th street and a right on Bay View Ave the left on W Kimberly ave, right on Barnegat Ave, right on W Beardsley Ave, left on Bay View Ave and right on W Summer ave turnaround and return back the same way finishing in the park in the bay side parking lot for refreshments. Although the participants will be running on the sidewalk on Long Beach Blvd for safety reasons the right lane heading south on Long Beach Blvd will be coned off. Police support will be stationed on the north side of 65th street closing the right lane to traffic. All turns will have course marshalls.
