This 12 week training plan will prepare you for the 2025 Sioux Falls Half Marathon Skedaddle. It is built with the understanding that you've completed other races of various distances before and are looking to race your first half marathon - or at least train well for a half marathon.
The plan was written by our very own RRCA Level II Coach Derrick Ettel. The plan will grant you access to the Training Peaks virtual training calendar software.
Start Date: February 24th, 2025
The volume will begin at 3 hours, 10 minutes of training and peak at 4 hours, 45 minutes.
