Please join STRIDE Community Health Center for our second Storybook 5K Run/Walk, supporting our goal of creating healthy communities, individuals, and families. Proceeds from this event go to support general healthcare costs of providing services to STRIDE patients. Post-event activities will include a community Expo and picnic.
