WHAT IS A VIRTUAL FUN RUN?
A virtual fun run can be completed from any location, anytime. Run, jog, or walk on the road, on a trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. Run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself!
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME?
The completion of HOBBY JOGGERS virtual fun run events is on the honor system. It is optional, but encouraged, to submit your efforts through the "Results" tab. Event photos are also encouraged to be shared after submitting results. Instructions here! Please feel free to share your accomplishment on your favorite social media platforms as well! Don't forget to tag us @hobbyjoggers and use the hashtag #THEDOGGYJOGGER so we can feature you on our page!
HOW DO WE TRACK OUR TIME AND DISTANCE?
You can track your walk/run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like. Treadmill miles welcome as well. It is not necessary to submit proof but it is highly encouraged to share your efforts with your HOBBY JOGGERS community. Remember it's all for health, fitness, and fun! No judgment here!
DO I HAVE TO RUN THE WHOLE WAY?
Walk, jog, run! A mile is a mile.
CAN I COMPLETE MY VIRTUAL RUN BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY MEDAL AND SWAG?
You do not have to wait to receive your goodies in the mail. You can complete your run at any time. However, if you do wait to receive your package in the mail you will be able to wear your official event bib and rock your bling when you have finished for some awesome photos!
ARE THERE TEAMS?
This event was set up as an individual event however, encourage your family and friends to sign up, run as a team and enjoy this virtual event together!
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an email with your unique tracking link once your package has shipped! Just click track. Feel free to contact us with any additional shipping questions or issues.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, shipping is only available to US Registrants.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of this event, we do not currently offer refunds. Please contact HOBBY JOGGERS directly with further questions.
