Chattanooga has long been considered one of trail running's best kept secrets. Having lived in Chattanooga for just under a year I can see why trail running is so popular here. The trails are plentiful, the scenery is unmatched, and some of the best trail systems are just MINUTES from downtown. This trail running camp is for runners of ALL ABILITIES and will be capped at 40 athletes to ensure the best overall experience.
At C26 our primary focus with athletes is to keep them "Happy and Healthy." This is especially true with running and our #1 focus is always creating an environment that promotes sustainable training behaviors that allow you to reach your full potential. While this camp has a "trail" focus our #1 goal is for you to leave feeling like a stronger and more confident runner.
What can you expect?
-Multiple runs on both Lookout Mountain and Stringers Ridge
- A course preview for those participating in the Lookout Mountain Race in December
-2 different talks covering fueling and nutrition with Kylee
- A sunrise run to Point Park
- A sunset hike/run to Sunset Rock
- 2 workshops/clinics to analyze your form both outside and inside on one of our Woodway Treadmills.
