30min nutrition and fueling overview
30 min training plan review. Based on finding from all of the above.
2hr endless pool session. We would go over stroke work, refinement and video analysis.
Bike and Run Testing and a 60 min Training Peaks overview
*I would mark off at LEAST a half a day for this. Ideally we would break for lunch.
** If there is a different set up you would like we can create that as well. Regardless of the Experience layout it will last around 6-7hrs
