American Heart Association Heart Walk

I am walking as an individual for the American Heart Association Walk. Almost five weeks ago today my dad collapsed very unexpectedly and ended up passing away of a heart attack. While he did have his share of health issues, he had never had a heart attack before nor was he complaining of any symptoms. Since his death in talking to others, it seems that many people have suffered a loss in a similar way of being out of the blue. With some it has been a person who has been declared perfectly healthy by their doctor and then only minutes later to die of a heart attack.
