This summer, take advantage of the time we have to be outdoors and become fit!
There will be 3 levels of challenges that you can use to push yourself and your family. Neighbors can see how they are stacking up against their friends and help each other this season.
70 days to achieve your milestone!
100 Miles = 1.4 Miles/day
250 Miles = 3.5 Miles/day
500 Miles = 7.1 Miles/day
The program is free. We will try to offer a capstone event towards the end of the summer where we can celebrate your accomplishments!
Knoxville Youth Athletics has long supported youth in the community with events and programs surrounding track and field as well as cross country. Serving over 10000 kids annually, we aim to offer athletics with a fun exciting atmosphere.
