Shining a Light on Domestic Violence 5k 2019

IF you already paid for your shirt - you may come by Marcrom's Pharmacy on Thursday and pick up what you have already purchased.  Any extra shirts we ordered will be sold beginning at 5pm on Friday at registration.

We lost Lisa on September 9th, 2018.  She was the victim of domestic violence.  We recognize that many people lost many things that day as does everyone that is a victim or knows a victim of domestic violence.  Lisa was a proud mom, a sweet friend, a wonderful and caring sister, an awesome aunt, and a loving co-worker.  She is and will continue to be deeply missed.  We honor her by helping shine light on these incidences that occur far too often.

We created the Shining a Light on Domestic Violence 5k as a "night run" because domestic violence is such a dark issue.  As we all carry our flashlights, wear our headlamps, and sport our glow in the dark gear we hope to "shine light on domestic violence".

In this effort we will choose beneficiaries to receive 100% of the net proceeds of the race.  This year we have again chosen Haven of Hope and Blue Monarch.  We hope you will take the time to learn what these wonderful organizations do.

Race Details:

The race will be on March 8th starting at Rotary Park at the Rec Center in Manchester, TN.

This is a "fun run/walk" so the race will be free and untimed. Come and support a great cause, enjoy some food, enjoy music, and hang out with friends as we shine light on domestic violence.  HOWEVER, we do have options for you to donate to these great causes.  

We have 3 different products for you to enjoy:
