Great News—We’re Extending the 5K!

Tennessee has experienced record-breaking heat throughout September, so we’re giving you more time to get moving! The 2026 Nurses Run Tennessee: Caring for the Long Run! Virtual 5K has been extended through November 30!

Take advantage of the cooler fall weather and run, walk, or jog your 5K at your own pace. And with Halloween treats and Thanksgiving favorites right around the corner, what better reason to get those extra steps in?

More time. Cooler temperatures. Same great cause. Keep moving with us through November 30 and help support the Tennessee Nurses Foundation!

Each participant will receive an amazing 2.5" custom-cast keepsake medal, featuring the Nurses Run Tennessee logo, with a custom sublimated neck ribbon. Commemorative T-shirts are available for an additional purchase. The link to purchase merch is below. Registration is just $38.10, which includes the credit card processing fees.

The Paw-Pal run is back this year! Have your furry friend join you and be sure to take pictures! Registration for the Paw-Pal is $15. Paw-Pal participants will receive a custom bandana and dog tag.

We'll mail your custom 2026 5K medal (featured at the top left of this webpage) and Paw-Pal items (if you registered your furry friend) soon after you register.
