No, dogs and baby strollers/joggers are not allowed in this event. The terrain and narrow trails make it impossible and very unsafe to allow them.
Yes, we ask that you participate in the event where you are able to finish in the following time limits:
- 5K Trail Run: 1-hour 30-minute time limit.
- 10K Trail Run: 2-hour 10-minute time limit. This course is two laps of the 5K course
