Description
The Innagural 5K Ugly Sweater - Kalena French Memorial will take place at Grover Nelson Park to honor our Director of Fundraising, Kalena French. She worked tirelessly to raise funds for impoverished families with talented athletes to be able to experience soccer at a competitive level. This race is a family friendly walk/run. There will be prizes awarded for the first 3 to cross the finish line, a prize will be awarded to the best individual "costume", a prize for the best team themed "costume", and ALL participants will receive a participation medal to take home!
After you enjoy your morning exercise with the family, head over to the Elf Run with children 12 and under! The elves have escaped the toy factory and Santa needs them to get back to work, all children 12 and under can participate and if they "catch" an elf... return them to the factory for a prize bag!
Don't forget to stop by and catch a family photo with Santa, grab some fabulous treats and drinks, and visit our vendor booths for Christmas ideas while you are there!
