Description
The fourth race of the Six Pack Outdoors Mountain Bike Series brings us back to The Cross Bar Management Area in Amarillo, Texas for the Cross Bar Shootout! Beginner(cat3) to Expert(pro-cat1), all skill levels are welcome. We even have a Kid Kup (balance bike) race and Kids Race (4yr-9yr)Kids rides start after the experts conclude (12:30ish)
All Kids 18 and under race for free regardless of category!
Onsite registration is $30!

Since we are crossing multiple section of private property, we must caravan in as groups. Please arrive early and allow extra time!!! We will meet at the gate and caravan in at the following times.
8:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am
Time from Gate to Race start is 15-20 mins! PLEASE Plan accordingly!

Important Information!
You must be a registered rider to pre-ride the course.
Pre-Ride Time: Saturday 8:30am-11:00am
We are required to caravan in and out of Cross Bar as a group. Saturday we will meet at the Brickplant Road Gate and depart at promptly 8:30am. Please be on time.
We will leave Cross Bar at 11:00am as a group/caravan.

There is not public access to Crossbar Management Area, we have special permission to cross multiple private properties. Please stay on the roads, and control your speed!
From North Loop 335, take the Western Street exit. Take Western Street North approximately 1 mile to Brickplant Road. Turn left onto Brickplant Road and drive approximately 9 miles to the Cliffside Helium Plant. At the Cliffside Helium Plant, take a right turn onto the dirt road. Drive on the dirt road approximately 6 more miles until you reach the Crossbar Ranch lay-down yard.
