Description

You’ve yearned to do a double-digit mile race. Have faith! We’ll help you make all this happen. This race provides a chance to finally step into the two-digit mile zone (10.486 mils) in an official  race and you can also associate it with the Marathon mania (2/5 of a marathon) – all in one race.  If you’re already into double-digit mile races, it could be a good training long run on the way to local or nearby area longer distance races in October to December. This race will engage a gorgeous East trail at River Legacy Parks in Arlington, TX -- going over bridges & under bridges, straight portions & curved portions, slight up inclines & slight down inclines and flat stretches, wooded areas & open areas… Net race proceeds to Girls Inc of Tarrant County, Meals On Wheels, SafeHaven of Tarrant County. For more info, call  817-265-4578 or  e-mail jephaa@yahoo.com.
